Izakaya Hwabun

Izakaya Hwabun is a Japanese restaurant on the basement level of Garosu-gil in Sinsa-dong, Seoul, where meals are quiet. Its signature items are a nine-kind sashimi set with bluefin tuna belly, flounder and scallop, and crab croquettes. Reservations are recommended, and a steamed egg topped with truffle comes out as an appetizer. The owner-chef handles both cooking and serving alone, which makes orders and requests difficult.
