Hyeonbogjib

Hyeonbokjip is a pufferfish restaurant near Dosan Park intersection in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving a course of boksasimi, bokjiri and bok shabu-shabu. The course presents boksasimi, fried pufferfish and clear bokjiri in a Japanese style. The bokjiri comes as jiri-tang with a clear broth, and the shabu-shabu uses a clean broth. The ponzu sauce is strongly sour and there is only one option.
