Haengboghan Mandu Kalguksu

Happy Mandu is a small restaurant near Sinsa Station and Garosu-gil in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving home-style Korean dishes such as mandu and kalguksu. Its signature manduguk comes with hand-made dumplings and a rich broth. The kalguksu noodles are made by hand every day and the broth uses sagol bone stock. The dumplings are mild rather than spicy, and moist.
