Gyeoul Bada

Gyeoulbada sits on Dosan-daero 24-gil in Nonhyeon-dong, between Apgujeong Station and Sinsa Station, and serves mackerel hoe, mulhoe, and cod soup. The mackerel hoe is typically eaten by placing minari muchim and glutinous rice on gim, then dipping it in ssamjang or chojang. The saeng cod soup has a soft, cool broth with a slight spice note, and the interior has not changed much from about ten years ago. Prices for the food are on the high side.
