Gulsesang

Gulsejang is a restaurant in Seoul that serves gul bossam and hongeo samhap. People come here for guljeon, hongeojeon, and modeumjeon together with makgeolli. When the first floor is full, guests go up to a second-floor space with an attic feel, and takeout is available. The restaurant has regulars who have been coming for decades.
