Goju is a small restaurant near Garosu-gil in Seoul that serves butadon and pork collar rice bowls. Seasoned samgyeopsal is grilled over charcoal, placed on rice, and served with a soft-boiled egg. At lunch a wait forms, and because there are few seats the dining room gets crowded. The pork belly is grilled inside the restaurant, so the space tends to be hot.
