Gangnam Dolgopchang

Gangnam Dolgopchang is a restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, that serves grilled gopchang (grilled intestines). The gopchang is filled with gop, and daechang (beef large intestine), yang, and yeomtong are also available, served with pa kimchi. After the gopchang, the meal is finished with bokkeum bap or yang bap, and kimchi mari noodles come as a basic side dish. Prices are on the higher side.
