Eunhwagye Dosan-daero is a charcoal chicken grill restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, near Sinsa Station, serving salt-grilled and marinated chicken along with chicken neck meat. The salt-grilled chicken is seasoned only with salt to bring out the meat's natural flavor, and the chicken gizzards take on a smoky char. The chicken galbi arrives pre-grilled and is finished over the coals, and noodles and fried rice can also be ordered. Waits of 30 minutes to an hour are possible during weekday meal times and on Saturday afternoons.
