Doseulbak

Doseulbak is a Korean dining restaurant in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, near Apgujeong Rodeo, serving a Korean course menu with traditional liquor. The Juan-sang dinner course brings dishes in sequence: yukhoe, pork jowl gangjeong, eel, and dakgomtang. The Juan-sang dinner set runs from a welcome drink through appetizer, main, rice dish, and dessert in order. Without a reservation there are no seats and you will be turned away, so you must book in advance.
