Danbaek Haru is a restaurant in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul, that serves premium salads and poke. Its menu includes pasta salad and steak salad, and the chicken breast is sous-vide then finished over fire. A single bowl can hold both chicken breast and steak, served with a tangy dressing. There are few tables, so seats run short at lunchtime.
