Changhae Susan is a small diner in Seoul that serves saengtae-tang, cod soup, and fish stew. It cooks saengtae and cod with domestic ingredients brought in daily, and makes most of its side dishes in-house. The owner has run the place for about twenty years, and at lunch it also serves grilled fish and jjukkumi bibimbap. The dining room is small, so customers crowd in at lunchtime and seats are hard to get.
