Bottarga

Botarga is an Italian restaurant in Seoul. Its signature dishes include bottarga pasta, seafood such as oysters and Dokdo shrimp, ragu lasagna, and mascarpone gelato. It continues the lineage of Grano, and the wine list is extensive. The food overall is on the salty side.
