Polstar

Polestar is a speakeasy bar in the basement near Dosan Park in Sinsa-dong, Seoul, serving whiskey and cocktails. Its food menu includes katsu sando and ebi sando, along with cocktails such as the See-Saw cocktail and the mimosa. The room is rectangular with seating entirely at the bar, split into smoking and non-smoking sections, and whiskey orders come with diamond-shaped ice engraved with the Polestar logo. The basement entrance looks like two separate entrances, which makes it hard to find on a first visit, and there is a long wait.
