Dining Sangseok

Dining Sangseok is a fusion omakase bar in Apgujeong, Seoul. The menu is based on Japanese cuisine, with each dish given a distinct flavour. At Christmas it was served as a dining course, with each dish plated decoratively. Instead of standard steak, the course included duck, fried eel, and decaf panna cotta.
