Maturo Dry-Aged Beef is a butcher shop in Singapore that cuts and sells dry-aged beef. It offers individual steaks as well as whole cuts such as Galician OP rib, USDA Prime, and wagyu porterhouse, with different aging periods and cuts. Customers can ask for a tasting, or take the meat across the street to First Grill to cook and eat it there. It is not a restaurant, so on-site dining is not available.
