Uncle Lee Confectionery

Uncle Lee Confectionery is a cake shop on Jalan Pisang in Singapore that sells peanut, kaya and yam cakes. Its signature peanut vanilla cake layers vanilla buttercream and roasted peanuts on a soft sponge, with the sweetness kept low. The cakes are sold at the main shop and at pop-up stores in Tampines and Novena Square. The kaya cake leaves a weaker impression on the palate than the peanut cake.
