Tom's Palette (Bugis)

Tom's Palette in Bugis sells gelato in flavors such as rum raisin and nori white chocolate. Each person can sample up to two flavors, served in a cup, cone, or waffle. The shop is large with plenty of seating and stays open until midnight. Sampling is limited to two flavors per person, and each sample is small.
