Tiong Bahru Bakery

Tiong Bahru Bakery is a cafe selling coffee and bread at the entrance of Fort Canning Park, a two- to three-minute walk from Fort Canning MRT station. Its main items are the plain croissant and kouign-amann, and it also serves a chili chicken and bacon sandwich and a mushroom croissant sandwich. The space has indoor and outdoor seating and air conditioning, so customers pick a seat first, then order; bread is handed over at the counter and coffee is brought to the table. Lattes and iced long blacks can be drunk while looking out over Fort Canning Park.
