Tiong Bahru Bakery

Tiong Bahru Bakery is a bakery cafe on basement level 1 of Raffles City in Singapore, selling pastries, sandwiches and coffee. Its signature items are the almond croissant and the kouign-amann, both of which have a strong butter flavor. On weekdays before lunch it is relatively quiet with seats available, but on weekends crowds make it hard to find a seat, and the store opens onto the shopping mall walkway. Seats are close together, so it gets loud when busy.
