The Bakehaus

The Bakehaus is a bakery in Singapore that sells almond croissants and sourdough, located near Parer Park Hospital. Its signature pastries, such as the almond croissant and kouign-amann, have a strong butter flavor and flaky layers. On weekends the sourdough selection grows, and the za'atar olive sourdough requires ordering in advance to secure a loaf. Seating is limited to a few spots in front of the shop, which is uncomfortable on hot days, so takeout is better.
