St. Leaven Bakery

St. Leaven Bakery is a Japanese-style bakery selling bread, donuts, and cakes, located at the entrance of the B2 food hall in Takashimaya department store in Orchard. Its signature items are a matcha bun with cream and red bean filling dusted with matcha powder, a chocolate mochi bread, and an old-fashioned donut. When buying a cake, customers can tell staff how many candles they want and receive them. During busy hours, the checkout line can stretch to 5–10 minutes.
