MEMO Cafe

MEMO Cafe is on the first floor of Studio M Hotel on Nanson Road in Robertson Quay, Singapore, and serves American diner food. The menu includes wagyu burgers, smoked salmon scrambled egg bagels and avocado shakes, and salads can be assembled with greens from a vertical indoor farm. Indoor and outdoor seating with large tables suits groups, and the interior has plenty of green plants and natural light. Food sometimes arrives late or the order has to be checked again.
