Mad Roaster

Mad Roaster is a cafe in Amoy Street Food Centre in Singapore that serves traditional kopi, specialty coffee, and kaya toast. It offers toast with butter and kaya on house-made brioche, iced latte, and honey butter latte. The cafe operates as a social enterprise that puts a refugee artist's drawings on cups and takeout packaging and uses part of its sales revenue to support refugees. The food centre has no air conditioning, so it is hot and crowded during meal times.
