Hapi Cafe

Hapi Cafe is a cafe on the corner of Cecil Street in Singapore that serves coffee, breakfast, and light meals. It offers truffle chicken baked rice, a Spanish iced latte, and a Super Gym smoothie. There is indoor and outdoor seating and air conditioning, and seats are plentiful even at lunchtime, but the small kitchen can mean food comes out late. The food is on the bland side.
