Dessert Gallery is a dessert shop near Bugis MRT and Liang Seah Street in Singapore that serves bingsu, snow ice and waffles. Its signature items include durian snow ice topped with durian paste and fresh durian, along with mango and strawberry options. On weekday evenings at 7pm, seating is relatively open and orders come out quickly, and the shop has both indoor and outdoor seating. The inside of the shop tends to be crowded and a bit noisy.
