Compound Coffee Co. is a cafe and co-roastery in Ubi Techlink in Kaki Bukit, Singapore, where coffee is brewed and roasted on site. Guests can drink specialty coffee while experiencing the aroma and sound of live roasting, and the beans used are ethically sourced. In the coffee sensory workshop, participants compare and learn about the aromas and flavors of beans under guidance. It covers coffee types and extraction techniques, and explains the principle that taste changes depending on the extraction method.
