Co+Nut+ink is a stall near Esplanade in Singapore that sells vegan coconut ice cream, coconut shakes, and juice. The signature ice cream is served in a coconut shell with coconut flesh and coconut water. You can eat while looking at the Marina Bay view, and the signature order includes one scoop of ice cream and a cup of coconut water. Prices are on the higher side.
