Cat In The Hat

Cat In The Hat is a bakery inside Golden Mile Food Centre in Singapore that sells baked goods including financiers, muffins and pies. The financiers come in flavours such as cranberry brie and pistachio raspberry, with caramel-crisp edges and a moist centre. On a Saturday around 1pm, a wait of about 10 minutes led to buying a macadamia muffin and a classic financier. Popular baked goods sell out early, and the shop has been closed on some days.
