Tom, Dick & Hillary's is a whisky-focused bar in Singapore's Chinatown, a five-minute walk from Chinatown MRT. It serves single malt whisky and draft beer alongside pub food such as dry laksa, roast beef, and raw oysters. The bar opens at 3 p.m. and stays open late, and guests can also order from the menu of the Chinese restaurant next door. Impossible Meat burgers are prepared to order for vegetarian guests, though staffing was short even during non-busy weekday hours.
