The House Bar

The House Bar is a speakeasy bar on the first floor of Conrad Singapore Orchard. It serves Japanese food with sake and craft cocktails, including bar dishes such as tuna tartare, uni pasta, salmon tartare with kim chips, and wagyu sando, paired with Japanese drinks and cocktails that use Japanese flavours. The entrance is hidden behind a large wave painting, and happy hour runs daily from 5pm to 7pm, with food orders taken until 11pm. The food is less impressive than the cocktails, and the bar suits light drinking rather than dinner.
