Oriental Elixir

Oriental Elixir is a gin-based cocktail bar in Singapore. It serves cocktails made by infusing gin with ingredients such as dried shrimp, blue cheese, and chicken sambal. There is no fixed menu; guests describe the flavour they want and the bartender builds the combination, with the menu changing daily. On weekdays the bar does not serve food due to a shortage of staff.
