Kaku-Uchi Sake Bar sits inside the Isetan Scotts supermarket in Shaw House on Orchard Road, Singapore. You pick drinks and food from the supermarket, carry them to the counter, and drink them there, with sashimi and cold sake as options. New sake is introduced each month, and tasting is available during the day. It closed for a long period because of COVID-19 and has reopened.
