Carnival Haus Singapore is a bar on the second floor of the Neil Road shophouse strip, serving cocktails along with wine, beer and sake. Cocktails come by the glass and some drinks by the bottle, so groups can share. Staff and the owner explain the drinks and are friendly, and the selection covers a range of categories including gin and sake. Music plays, but not loudly enough to make talking with friends difficult.
