Gardens by the Bay East sits beside the Marina Reservoir in Singapore and looks out over the city skyline. From here you can take in a panorama that includes Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer. The grounds have wide lawns and paths for cycling and walking, so running and biking are common. This is not the spot for the Supertrees and the domes of the main gardens.
