Evolution Garden sits by the Nassim Gate of the Singapore Botanic Gardens. It shows plants by era, from scale trees and cycads to tree ferns, ferns and flowering plants. At the entrance stands a scale tree trunk known as the Tree of Stone, and the walking path that follows the story of evolution is lined with signs in English and Chinese. The signs also explain how the continents formed.
