Bukit Brown Cemetery is a Chinese cemetery in Novena, central Singapore. Unpaved paths run through forest, past tombstones, plants and animals. It opened in 1922 and stopped burials in 1973, and its name comes from the British trader George Henry Brown. Grass grows inside the cemetery and the ground underfoot is uneven, so comfortable shoes are needed.
