Yetgol Boribap

Yetgol Boribap is a baekban restaurant near Gyodae Station in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, serving barley rice, seasoned vegetable bibimbap, and pork duruchigi with ssam vegetables. More than ten kinds of namul are mixed with sesame oil and gochujang, and a ttukbaegi stew comes on the side. The side dishes are prepared as they would be in a home kitchen, and doenjang soup and ssam vegetables are served as well. At lunchtime the restaurant fills with customers who may have to wait, and parking is inconvenient.
