Yangpyeong Haejangguk serves haejangguk and naejangtang made with seonji and beef offal. It is located near Danggok Station on the Sillim Line and Boramae Park in Gwanak-gu, Seoul. The clear, heavy broth contains bean sprouts and large pieces of seonji and offal, and diners add rayu, cheongyang chili, or mustard to taste. The restaurant is open only from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the naejangtang is eaten by dipping the offal in a sauce mixed with rayu, aged soy sauce, and minced garlic.
