Wangjae Gopchang

Wangjae Gopchang is an old restaurant near Danggok Sageori that focuses on grilled gopchang (grilled intestines). It grills thick al-gopchang along with daechang (beef large intestine), makchang (beef abomasum), and heart, served with sauce and kimchi. Calling ahead means the gopchang is grilled before you arrive. Side dishes are limited to about two, and the gopchang can be tough.
