Sungopdongju Bonjeom is a restaurant in Seoul that serves beef gopchang hot pot. The hot pot comes in spicy and medium-spicy versions, with a pungent broth that can be paired with unsweetened soju. Perilla leaf is added when the broth is refilled. The fried rice is less satisfying than the hot pot.
