Sinpungnu Gopchang

Sinpungnu Gopchang is a gopchang grill house between Sillim Station and Bongcheon Station that serves only hanwoo gopchang. The gopchang is par-grilled over high heat, then finished at the table and served with cabbage and green chili peppers. One order comes as two portions, and there is no rice or bokkeumbap; bringing haetban or cup ramen from a convenience store is allowed. Leaving the heat on for too long makes the gopchang tough.
