Simgamyeonok is an old neighborhood restaurant on Nokdu Street in Seoul that serves naengmyeon, wangmandu, bulgogi, and galbitang. The naengmyeon comes as mul naengmyeon or bibim naengmyeon with thin, chewy noodles, and the wangmandu have thin skins and full fillings. The restaurant has a parking lot, a large space, and serves the warm broth separately in a kettle. Parts of the restaurant are worn and show its age.
