Sinlim Hwaro is a charcoal Korean restaurant near Sillim Station in Seoul that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork collar, and galmaegisal. The samgyeopsal is thick and juicy, and the pork collar and galmaegisal are chewy without any odor. The meat is pre-grilled over charcoal before it comes out, so diners do less of the grilling themselves. After the meal, hwachae or ice cream is served, and the restaurant has a self-service bar.
