Seodo Galbi

Seodo Galbi is a meat restaurant in Seoul that serves hand-prepared galbi with naengmyeon (cold noodles). Unlike typical Korean barbecue restaurants, it makes naengmyeon the main dish and sells galbi as a set. The tables, chairs, and other furnishings are new, and the self-service bar has kimchi and ssammu. The meal includes meat, side dishes, and steamed egg custard.
