Pungnyeonjip Bonga

Pungnyeonjip Bonga is a butcher-style grill restaurant in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, where diners choose between beef and pork. Cuts such as galbi-sal, deungsim, galmaegi-sal, and pork jowl are displayed as in a butcher shop and ordered by cut. Each serving comes out at 300 g, and the banchan are refilled without asking. Large groups make up much of the clientele, so a quiet meal is difficult.
