Moonseonggol Jokbal Jip

Munseonggol Jokbaljip is a jokbal restaurant set slightly back from the nightlife district of Sillim-dong in Seoul. The plain jokbal is soft with no gamy smell, while the seasoned version comes in a sweet-and-spicy gochujang-based sauce. The owner boils the meat personally, sundubu is served by default, and arriving at the wrong time means a long wait. The portions of jokbal are on the small side.
