Mokpo Susan

Mokpo Susan is a hoe restaurant in Sinwon Market near Sillim Station in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, selling live-fish hoe such as flounder and rockfish (ureok) along with maeuntang (spicy fish stew). The order combines flounder sekkosi, squid-and-chive jeon, and seodeori-tang, with the jeon eaten crisp. The meal is ordered as hoe and jeon first, then finished with maeuntang.
