Manna Kalguksu

Manna Kalguksu sits in a back alley between Danggok Station and Lotte Department Store Gwanak, selling kalguksu, hand-made mandu, and vegetable bibimbap. Order mandu-guk and it arrives in beef bone broth with a kalguksu noodle portion and a small bowl of rice. It opens only for lunch, and on weekdays a wait forms. The noodles are pressed and cut by hand and the mandu are folded by hand, while the interior is worn and cluttered.
