Every day at Maeil Sikdang in Seoul, the menu changes, and the buffet-style gosi dining hall serves rice, side dishes, meat, and soup. Meals come with white, black, or brown rice, five to six side dishes, stir-fried items, and salad, plus plum juice, soda, and ice cream for dessert. Lunch and dinner menus differ, and tables are available for eating alone. The meat dishes have a strong gamy smell.
