Hwangje Galbi

Hwangje Galbi is a long-standing meat restaurant in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, serving dwaeji galbi and ugeoji galbitang. The pork ribs are tender and well seasoned, and the side dishes include hongeo hoe muchim, salad, kimchi, and japchae. On weekdays, the lunch set includes a full one-person portion of naengmyeon as the meal rather than a sample serving. The seasoned galbi leans strongly sweet.
